Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our number one concern, thus we accept returns or exchanges:
- If you ordered one or more of our existing designs and were not happy with your purchase. The unworn, new merchandise may be sent back to us for a refund or exchange.
- If we sent you the wrong size or design, we will correct this error for you asap.
Claims to the above must be made within 30 days from receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot take returns or exchanges of CUSTOM ORDERS. Custom orders with your photos, designs, or name on them cannot be sold to anyone else so they are specifically made for you. All sales are final on custom orders unless we sent you the wrong size or if you find a damage to the product.
Please note: Each product is checked to ensure quality and we do our best to provide them without any defects. No two pairs or two socks are exactly alike as this is a 100% custom process to produce them. A break in the pattern will appear on each of the sides of the socks. We do our best to make it look natural and eliminate the line on the sides so it looks like a seam to seam print, however, this break is part of the tolerance level and a norm in this kind of sock.
