Allows us to create more vibrant and detailed designs when compared to most other print methods. The chemical reaction also results in permanent designs that feel natural to the touch and never fade away.

Sublimation Production Process

Design

For best results a high resolution file is needed in order to achieve a clean and crisp imprint.

Print

Once the artwork has been finalized it is then ready to be printed on coated heat-resistant transfer paper using a specially formulated dye sublimation ink.

Heat Press

The product is cleaned to remove surface impurities and placed on the press and the transfer paper is accurately positioned atop it. The product is then pressed at a specific temperature for a distinct amount of time at a precise pressure. When the pressing time is up the transfer sheet is removed and the imprint is complete!
